DMCA / Copyright Policy

Information for copyright holders and how to request removal of allegedly infringing content that is linked or embedded on AfricanPorn.

We respect copyright owners

1. General information

AfricanPorn (“we”, “us”, “the Website”) is an online index that embeds and links to adult videos that are hosted by third-party websites and platforms. We do not upload, host, or store any video files on our own servers.

We respect the intellectual property rights of content owners and we comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). It is our policy to respond to properly formatted DMCA takedown notices and to remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material that is linked or embedded on AfricanPorn.

2. Third-party hosting & embedded content

All videos that appear on AfricanPorn are:

  • Hosted on external video platforms or tube sites.
  • Embedded or linked using publicly available embed codes or URLs.
  • Subject to the terms and conditions of the original hosting provider.

Any copyright issues regarding the actual hosting, storage or distribution of the video files should primarily be directed to the third-party website that hosts the content. However, if a specific URL or embed on AfricanPorn is infringing your rights, you can request that we remove the link or embed as described below.

3. How to submit a DMCA takedown notice

If you are the copyright owner, or an agent authorized to act on behalf of the owner, and you believe that content available through AfricanPorn infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA notice that includes the following information:

  1. Your contact information – Full name, company (if applicable), mailing address, email address and telephone number.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work – A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (for example, the title of the video, production company, model names, or a copy of the original work).
  3. Exact URLs on AfricanPorn – A complete list of the specific URLs on AfricanPorn where the allegedly infringing content appears (links to each video page).
  4. Exact source URLs (if available) – If you know the original hosting site or URL where the video is stored (for example, the external tube site), please include it.
  5. Good-faith statement – A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. Accuracy and authority statement – A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  7. Signature – A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or the authorized agent.

4. Where to send your DMCA notice

5. Processing of valid DMCA notices

Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Review the request to ensure it contains all required information.
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing links or embeds on AfricanPorn.
  • Optionally notify users or partners, when applicable, that a removal has taken place.

We cannot guarantee a response or processing of incomplete or abusive notices. Notices that contain false statements or misrepresentations may result in liability under applicable laws.

6. Counter-notification

If your content has been removed from AfricanPorn as a result of a DMCA notice and you believe that the removal was a mistake or that you have the legal right to use the material, you may send us a counter-notification. Your counter-notice should include:

  • Your full contact details (name, address, phone number, email).
  • Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your country of residence and will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.
